Terratec Construction, Inc. located in Marlborough, Massachusetts is a family owned and operated civil construction company. Carlos Ferreira gained his experience working as design engineer in the Metrowest Region since 1995. But his passion was construction. In 2003 he started his first development in Worcester. He bought a parcel of land, developed the plans, obtained city approvals and built 5 townhouse units. That was the beginning of Terratec, incorporated in 2004, the company started with one piece of equipment and with Carlos dream to become a major construction company. Since that project we never stop growing. Today Terratec does excavation and concrete foundations. Terratec success comes from hard working but also from the skills, knowledge and approach of its people.
