Carlos Ferreira – President

Mr. Ferreira is the backbone of Terratec Construction his experience can be summarized by the areas where he excels:

• Managing Difficult Projects - By focusing on the specific obligations and requirements of each project, Mr. Ferreira is able to take projects that are out control and bring them to completion on time and on budget while meeting all specifications. For example – In multidisciplinary projects by taking the standard approach in problem solving it can generate more tardiness. When I am assigned to resolve the problem, I explore more options, contact different vendors, gain their support to accelerate the schedule and meet the milestone.

• Developing Strong Technical Teams – Terratec Construction projects are successful because Mr. Ferreira consistently gain the cooperation of exceptional professionals and build them into effective project teams.

• Delivering Results - In construction industry where excellence is expected, Mr. Ferreira have earned his reputation for achieving success. By enlisting others employees, vendors, sub-contractors and clients and paying attention to their needs, Mr. Ferreira has been able to eliminate extra steps, build trust and achieve results earlier than standard approaches.

  Mr. Ferreira understands customers' expectations and his number one goal is to help customers succeed in their projects. He accomplish this by paying attention to details, having good and open communications, and consistently providing customers with the information they need to make the best decisions.

  With Mr. Ferreira leadership and personal commitment to each project and customer is obtained by providing services in accordance with our pledge "to establish lasting relationships with our customers by exceeding their expectations and gaining their trust through exceptional performance by every member of the construction team".

  Mr. Ferreira has Bachelor in Science in Civil Engineering at University of Sao Paulo, Brazil in 1989 and Master of Science in Civil Engineering at University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2004.

Patricia Ferreira– Vice-President

She is responsible for providing overall direction and leadership for the financial and administrative operations, legal affairs, and customer resolution matters of Terratec Construction. She serves as the liaison between the company and the bank, surety, attorneys, accountants, and insurance brokers. Patricia has a bachelor degree in Accounting and she holds a Massachusetts Real State Brokers license.

Alex Ferreira – Project Manager

Alex began working with his brother Carlos as a survey crewman. Over the years Alex has learned the means and methods of construction, scheduling, and ability to oversee large construction projects and how to complete them on time and within budget. Alex responsibilities include ensuring every project team receives the resources necessary for success. On any job, in any capacity, Alex is relentless in achieving only the best results. Alex is a strong performer and the company relies on his leadership and skills to spur Terratec’s reputation beyond our boundaries.

Kate Atasanova – Project Estimator

Kate has B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in  Sofia, Bulgaria and M.S. Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Kate's responsibility is to  provide the company with project estimating and schedule. She also assist the field personnel with material logistic, making sure the that the project will be smooth and well planned.
